Agreed, but I don't have another source that shows boundaries at a
scale useful for this sort of thing.

As I didn't enter this one, I don't have a "dog in the fight" but being
curious by nature, I decided to do some digging...
 
It's interesting that in the Canadian Census of 2011, it appears to be
listed as partly in Saskatchewan (pop 229) and partly in Manitoba (pop
5363).
