I guess I'll go with Green Lantern because he has no intrinsic superhuman abilities, just his ring: Captain America has superhuman strength and whatnot in addition to his shield, Spiderman has lots of intrinsic abilities in addition to his webshooters, Silver Surfer has power aside from his surfboard, and Hulk only has intrinsic abilities.
