I wanted to try a silly answer, but I couldn't think of one that would fit. I'll guess it's Australian for RRSP, but since I doubt you'll consider that a sufficient answer, I'll go on to guess the expansion "Segregated-Money Superannuation Fund". -- Mark Brader "They're trying to invent a new crime: Toronto interference with a business model." msb@vex.net --Bruce Schneier My text in this article is in the public domain. |

As far as men are concerned, most of us wear belts all the time, so if they're worn in sports, that does not seem in any way notable. And for women, these links weren't exactly hard to find: http://pixel.nymag.com/imgs/daily/nymag/2017/07/16/16-MichelleWie.w700.h467.jpg http://image.cdnllnwnl.xosnetwork.com/pics33/800/BX/BXCOTBIOKVOYRDS.20170526000607.jpg http://cdn.streamlinetechnologies.com/lipscombsports/B42634EA-9B33-4369-96D6-DA01865F6BAC/8879L.jpg http://cofcsports.com/images/2017/9/7/2017_18_College_of_Charleston_Women_s_Golf_Team_Photo.jpeg Even though I only searched on "women's golf", the first of those hits actually was on an article about a proposed dress code -- which does not mention belts. I will grant you that on a similar search for "women's baseball" they do all seem to be wearing belts, and substituting "weightlifting" shows a clear majority doing it, though there are exceptions: http://c8.alamy.com/comp/HXH89W/zoe-smith-womens-weightlifting-womens-weightlifting-clyde-auditorium-HXH89W.jpg http://static.seattletimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/92ee30e8-5c2b-11e6-bd33-ec1dd8dd204b-780x517.jpg -- Mark Brader, Toronto | Thus, "plain english" is the same as msb@vex.net | "near-field spin". --Carl Ginnow My text in this article is in the public domain. |
