I give you two authors, you supply the titles of one work by each in which the last word or words of the first form the first word or words of the second. e.g. Mitchell/Grahame would be 'Gone with the Wind in the Willows'. 13) Greene/Easton Ellis 14) Moore/Gray 15) Kerouac/Boyle The last five questions are about books that became songs. Please supply the name of the well known band or solo artiste that recorded the following.
