I respectfully challenge. According to Google, those three names can
also be applied to snakes:

Bullsnake (Pituophis catenifer sayi)
Leopard snake (Zamenis situla)
Zebra spitting cobra (Naja nigricincta)

But that's not a "zebra snake", is it?

Given it's not clear precisely what "variety" means I'll allow this appeal. Revised scores are:

GOLDEN OLDIES LYRICS QUIZ #363 (GOLQ363)

Hello and welcome to oldies lovers world-wide.

By popular demand the audio snippet format makes its return for this quiz.
For those of you who may not have participated in this format type:
The quiz consists of snippets from Billboard charted songs. The snippets
are of varying lengths; some are quite short. Some are well known; others
not so much.

If this were a standard lyrical text quiz it would be quite difficult
to solve (and to put together!). There is, however, a commonality
(or in the broad sense "a theme") that exists in most (darn near all)
of the snippets and/or titles that should make things much easier. I
expect high scores for this one.

You may download either the individual mp3 files or a 7.0-MB ZIP file
containing all 27 sound clips at:

http://golq.org/Clips/GOLQ363/GOLQ363.zip

Have fun, everyone!
