Q:  Last week, we ran a couple of articles about Elliott Sadler.  Sadler has been racing in NASCAR for over 20 years.  How did he make his first start in one of NASCAR's National Series?

A: Elliott Sadler made his first start in the then-Busch Grand National Series at his home track, South Boston Speedway, in 1995.  Elliott drove the No. 46 Chevrolet Lumina as a teammate to older brother Hermie.  At the time, Elliott was a standout in late models.  In the race, Elliott started 15th and finished an impressive eighth.
