If Wikipedia <http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non_stop_(godis)> is correct,
Non-Stops are in fact fruit-flavored, and while they do look something
like Skittles, what they they look more like is Smarties.
 
Anyway, they're not the same thing as Skittles, and so not a correct answer.

The article indeed suggests that the various colours are related to fruits.
I will have to admit that I never discerned any difference between the
different colours. In any case, that would only be the outer shell. The
main ingredient, inside the shell, is chocolate.
