Single square slide is 3.25 inches - usually photographic after 1870 apx.
Round slides could be 3" or 3.25" or 3.5"- hand painted and before 1870 apx.
Frame size for single slide or square slide = 7" x 4"
Thickness typically between 0.38" & 0.5"

Subject: query: magic lantern slide+holder sizes
to complete a 3d model I'm preparing to output to a laser cutter, I'd like to ask if anyone has at hand the standard dimensions of:
a single slide, or a multiple [e.g. x 3] slide I'm looking for wooden frame height, width, and thickness, plus the diameter of the round glass slide.
Sorry for what is an obvious request... I haven't found the info online,
thanks,
David Blair
