Carbonara always includes eggs AFAIK. I thought so too, but I found unlikely that they would have a quiz like this without having carbonara, so I threw it in. It could be that since the egg is not in the sauce itself, they did not include it. Typically, you get the egg yolk in a shell. I could have scored more points if I had had the guts. Amatriacana is another one I would have expected, but I have no recollection of bacon in it, but on the other hand I was under the impression that there is chili in it. |
